I had a really enjoyable stay at this family-friendly hotel. The venue's staff was helpful. My hotel room was a nice size and updatedwith a tub, a wonderful view and a king bed. I had an electric kettle and a fridge. The location was absolutely perfect and incredibly comfortable - ease of access to Bow River Trail. It was also next to all the shops, and pathway.

Stayed here with my family and everything was really good. I were met by pleasant, attentive personnel. Had a fantastic breakfast, loved the meal. Its location was indeed unbeatable and only 5 minutes walk from Whyte Museum of the Canadian Rockies.

very centrally located hotel in Banff with good restaurants in the hotel itself.
Room rates are high, but comparable to other hotels in the area.

The rooms were fine but very expensive
Paying for Wi-Fi is not of this time. The window was not allowed to open, so why a balcony?

Amazing hotel with its fitness center, indoor swimming pool, and 24-hour reception. I still remember when the staff helped me find a phone charger. Highly recommend it for a relaxing escape!

- location in Banff. - nice lobby. - spacious room. - possibility to use a washing machine
- no breakfast included, which I do expect at this type of hotel and the price. - washing machine did not work well; staff had to call, because the tray in which coins fell was not emptied on time

The lovely pool and steam room. And the open hearth in the lobby and in the cosy bar.
The gym is located in a corner of the tropical warm pool area. Much too hot to play sports and the aircraft showed a lot of dried sweat tracks.

The location is fantastic, just a hop away from downtown! We had a splendid time exploring nearby eateries like Bear Street Tavern and Nourish Bistro. The staff were genuinely friendly.
A bummer was the lack of a coffee stand! The instant coffee in the room just didn't cut it, and while they had a restaurant, I was hoping for a quick cup to go.

The pool had excellent water pressure without the typical smell. The superior room was spacious and clean. Lots of dining options nearby. Underground parking was affordable 😊

Very comfortable and quiet. Room was cleaned early. Close to downtown Banff so the vehicle was parked as soon as we arrived and never used during the entire week!
Did not like the oversize parking. We drive a truck and could not go underground so parked behind and there wasn't a lot of parking stalls.
