I loved the hotel’s quiet atmosphere and its super convenient spot near Bow Falls and Saint Mary's Parish, making it easy to explore beautiful landmarks on foot during my stay.

This place suits me perfectly with its fitness center, indoor swimming pool, and 24-hour reception. I still remember when the staff helped me find a phone charger. Highly recommend it for a relaxing escape!

The location is fantastic, just a hop away from downtown! We had a splendid time exploring nearby eateries like Bear Street Tavern and Nourish Bistro. The staff were genuinely friendly, which made our stay even better.

A bummer was the lack of a coffee stand! The instant coffee in the room just didn’t cut it, and while they had a restaurant, I was hoping for a quick cup to go.

I recently stayed at Banff Park Lodge and loved the cozy atmosphere and the helpful staff. The location is perfect for walking to nearby restaurants and shops, making our exploration of Banff so convenient. The room was spacious, clean, and had a lovely rustic décor that added charm.

We had a memorable family stay at this place! The swimming pool was a hit with our two young kids, and exploring the stunning scenery of Banff made our trip even more enjoyable. The spacious room comfortably accommodated all of us.

My kids wished the breakfast had more kid-friendly options. A play area would have been fantastic for them to run around a bit.

Just a decent option for a day tour in Banff with good price-value balance. Concierge in the evening was nice and helpful. Get the preferred view room if you can.

Loved the fantastic location. everything I wanted to explore was just a short walk. The staff were friendly and accommodating, especially Tayla at check-in who made the process smooth. My room had a beautiful mountain view, which was a lovely surprise. The food from the restaurant blew me away. I can’t stop craving that lobster risotto. However, the parking fees felt excessive for a place that should include them with the room rate. Also, the iPad check-in was frustrating. I felt overwhelmed by all the pre-arrival emails and the added confusion when I arrived, especially when the staff didn’t seem to guide me well upon check-in. Overall, the stay had its bright spots, but some elements definitely need rethinking for a seamless experience.

Cozy stay in the mountains

Had a solid 3-night solo trip. The jacuzzi room was super comfy and clean, just a bit dated. Check-in was a breeze, and I loved the pool after a day on the slopes. It can get noisy with all the hockey families, though. Also, the bar area had some nice snacks!

Can recommend for a short staycation

Spacious room, excellent service, the convenient location made it easy to walk everywhere and enjoy the nice big breakfast buffet offered, while also benefiting from the fitness center and indoor swimming pool during our stay.
